According to law enforcement data, he was treating patients with drug and alcohol dependencies, which also violates the law. During a search of the medical facility, 18 ampoules of psychotropic substances were found, as well as more than 600 ampoules and 16 packages of various medications. Additionally, psychotropic substances were also found at the suspect's home.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which concerns the illegal production of drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale. The suspect has been placed in custody in a temporary detention facility.
