As reported by the police, information was received at the Alamedin district police department that a narcotic substance had been discovered in the village of Arashan. An investigative team was dispatched to the scene.
During the inspection, a package containing psychotropic substances, wrapped in 20 shrink-wrapped packages, was found with a 15-year-old citizen R.A. The total weight of the seized substances was 35 grams, including packaging.
Forensic examination showed that the seized substance is 4-CMC (chloromethcathinone, clephedrone), which falls under the category of psychotropic substances.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 "Illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. After payment, he was provided with the coordinates of the stash in the village of Arashan. On February 28, without informing his sister of the true reason for the trip, A.T. asked his cousin R.A. to take him to Bishkek, stopping in Arashan along the way, supposedly to buy a ring for his girlfriend. She agreed and went to the specified coordinates, where she was detained by police officers.
As a result of operational-search activities, A.T. was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
