An examination confirmed that the seized substance is cannabis oil, with a net weight of 5.86 grams without packaging. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under Article 282 "Illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the interrogation, D. G. stated that he purchased the drug from an acquaintance named Alexey. As a result of operational work, the identity of this individual was established, and he turned out to be A. L., born in 1994.
The investigation revealed that the detainees had equipped an apartment for the illegal production of drugs and organized a place for their manufacture and subsequent distribution.
During the search, the following items were discovered and seized:
- 3 kg 739 g of cannabis oil;
- Tobacco containing a narcotic substance — 2.33 g;
- Tobacco products showing signs of cannabis presence — 293 g.
The suspects have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Investigative actions are ongoing.
The police urge citizens to be vigilant and report cases of illegal drug trafficking to the appropriate authorities.
