Employees of the department for combating illegal drug trafficking received information about a suspicious drug dealer. During the operation, an 18-year-old named D.G. was detained, who had a syringe with hashish oil weighing a total of 12.98 grams.
This incident was registered under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale.
During the interrogation, the detainee stated that he had purchased the drugs from an acquaintance named Alexey. As a result of operational activities, a 29-year-old named A.L. was also detained.
During searches at the suspects' residence, it was discovered that they had equipped the apartment for the production of narcotic substances. The following items were seized during the searches:
- 3 kg 739 grams of cannabis oil;
- 2.33 grams of tobacco mixed with a narcotic substance;
- 293 grams of tobacco products containing cannabis.
Additionally, a Telegram channel was identified where drugs were being sold, which was also shut down.
Both detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
