According to the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs, on February 2, the police received a report from residents of a new building about the discovery of a suspicious object. An investigative operational group from the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs immediately went to the scene.
During the inspection of the area along the fence, a packet wrapped in duct tape was found. The informant reported that the object was left by an unknown person and provided a recording from a surveillance camera.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal manufacture of drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale.
During operational search activities, police were able to identify the suspect — a 19-year-old citizen A. B.
