When the police arrived at the scene, they confirmed the received information and detained three individuals: two girls and a young man.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under part 287 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the inducement to consume narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs.
The suspect, born in 1992 (K. Zh.), has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department. The investigation is currently ongoing.
