During the operation, 50 packages of synthetic drugs were seized.
According to information received by the Drug Control Service of the Bishkek City Police Department, individuals engaged in the sale of synthetic drugs through stash spots were identified in the Pervomaisky district.
As a result of operational-search activities carried out as part of the preventive campaign "Den", two teenagers were detained: A.B., born in 2006, and A.T., born in 2007. During the investigative actions, 50 packages of narcotic substances, ready for further distribution, were found with them. It was established that they received the prohibited substances through one of the Telegram channels, after which they packaged and hid them around the city.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against the detainees under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal manufacture of drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale.
During the operational activities involving a service search dog, a search was conducted in the apartment of one of the detainees. During the search, electronic scales, packaging materials, tape, shrink tubes, gloves, masks, and other items used for packaging drugs were seized.
Both suspects have been placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
