The Drug Control Service received information that "stash" distribution with synthetic substances was taking place in the area of the Red Crescent Society.
During the operation "Den", this information was confirmed: police officers detained two young men — A.B., born in 2006, and A.T., born in 2007. They were found with 50 packages of synthetic drugs, ready for sale. The investigation suggests that they received the narcotic substances through a Telegram channel, then packaged and hid them in stashes throughout Bishkek.
The case has been registered under Article 282 ("Illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During a search of one of the detainees' homes, electronic scales, packaging materials, tape, shrink tubing, as well as gloves and masks were found — all of which were used for packaging drugs.
The suspects have been placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
