After receiving information from operatives, law enforcement agencies conducted a raid as part of the preventive operation "Den." As a result, they observed the moment when the teenagers were placing stashes and detained A.B., born in 2006, and A.T., born in 2007.
50 packets of synthetic narcotic substances intended for sale were seized from the detainees. It was established that they received drugs through Telegram channels, then packaged and hid them in stashes throughout the city.
Based on the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of narcotic substances for the purpose of sale. During investigative actions at the residence of one of the detainees, electronic scales, packaging materials, tape, heat shrink tubes, gloves, and masks used for packaging drugs were found.
The suspects have been placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
