However, according to the victim, the man later sold the car to third parties without paying the remaining $35,000 and ceased all contact.
A man has been detained in Bishkek on suspicion of fraud related to the sale of a BMW in installments.
In connection with this incident, the investigative department of the October district police has initiated a criminal case under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, "Fraud."
As a result of operational measures, M. B., born in 1993, was identified and detained. He has been taken to the investigative service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
