In Bishkek, a suspect in a BMW X5 sales fraud case has been detained.

The detention of the suspect in Bishkek became possible thanks to a citizen's report. As reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the capital, on July 26, 2025, B. K. filed a statement in the name of A. R., asking law enforcement agencies to take action.

On September 10, 2025, the man gained the victim's trust and deceitfully took possession of a BMW X5, offering it for sale. Later, he sold the vehicle to a third party and used the money obtained from the transaction for personal needs.

A suspect in the BMW X5 sale fraud has been detained in Bishkek

A fraudster who sold a BMW X5 has been arrested in Bishkek.
The investigative service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek has initiated a criminal case under Article 209 "Fraud" in connection with this incident.

As a result of operational-search activities, the suspect was identified and detained; he turned out to be A. R., born in 1978. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
