The Pervomaisky District Court issued a verdict on September 30, 2025, finding Aijigitov guilty under Articles 41 Part 2 and 337 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The court classified his actions as organizing the abuse of official position for the purpose of obtaining benefits for himself or others, which resulted in a fine of 500,000 soms.
According to information from the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), during his tenure as a deputy, Aijigitov illegally employed his wife in the parliamentary apparatus, where she did not actually perform her duties but ultimately received over 3.2 million soms.
