According to the information received, on December 11, 2024, a citizen A.B. approached the internal affairs department of the Alamudun district. He reported that citizen I.S. sold him a land plot of 0.04 hectares, intended for agricultural purposes, in the village of Lenin. The seller promised to arrange the necessary documents later, but did not fulfill his obligations.
Additionally, in 2022, I.S. also sold the applicant a plot in the village of Konstantinovka, measuring 0.08 hectares, intended for the construction of a residential house, also without the proper documentation, and did not fulfill his obligations.
As a result of these actions, the victim suffered damages amounting to 29 thousand US dollars.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident on the grounds of fraud as provided for by Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, the suspect, born in 1993, citizen I.S., was identified. He was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was also revealed that this suspect may be involved in two other similar crimes committed in the territories of the Issyk-Ata and Alamudun districts of the Chui region.
Currently, a check is being conducted regarding his possible involvement in similar crimes in other districts of the Chui region.
