According to information received from the police, on January 13, 2026, a citizen identified as I.A. approached the Department of Internal Affairs of the Alamudun district and filed a complaint against S.K. He reported that the latter, having taken advantage of his trust and posing as a lawyer, promised to help him obtain a land plot of 82 hectares in the Uzun-Kyr rural administration of the Issyk-Ata district. Additionally, he offered services for processing documents for 200 hectares of underutilized land in the forestry. For this, S.K. received 27 thousand dollars from the complainant, after which he ceased all communication.
In connection with this fact, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Issyk-Ata district initiated a criminal case under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud.
On March 18, during operational-search activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify the suspect, who turned out to be a 40-year-old citizen S.K. He was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with the requirements of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
