According to the applicant, the suspect took a Sony FX30 video camera, a Sigma 24–70 lens, a 256 GB Pergear flash card, and a Tilta Full cage, but after that, he stopped communicating and did not return the equipment.
As a result of these actions, the owner of the equipment suffered damages amounting to 276,255 soms.
In connection with these circumstances, the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District opened a criminal case under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, the police identified and detained the suspect - A. O., born in 1998. He was taken to the investigative service, and in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
The investigation is ongoing.
