One of the residents of the capital contacted law enforcement, reporting a case of fraud. According to him, the suspect rented a Sony FX30 camera, a Sigma 24–70 lens, a flash card, and a Tilta Full cage from him, and then stopped responding. The total amount of damage caused was 276,255 soms.
This case was registered in accordance with Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Employees of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs promptly detained the suspect, who turned out to be A.O., born in 1998. He is currently placed in a temporary detention facility.
Law enforcement agencies do not rule out the possibility of the detainee's involvement in other similar crimes. In this regard, they appeal to citizens who have been harmed by the actions of the suspect or who have any information to report it by calling: 0 (700) 73-39-35, 0 (701) 41-15-11, or 102.
