This case was registered under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The law enforcement agencies detained the suspect, identified as D.u.A., born in 1992. He was sent to a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, the police found that this man may be involved in eight similar crimes. The possibility of other victims is not excluded.
