It became known that a complaint was filed against I.M. by M.N., who reported that on January 7, the suspect, taking advantage of trust, offered to sell him his Mercedes-Benz G 500. Under the pretext of preparing documents for the foreign car, he received $23,500 from M.N. However, after that, he stopped responding, and neither the money nor the car was returned to him.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of operational-search activities, the police detained the suspect I.M., born in 2002, who was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
