According to them, the actual number of dead and injured significantly exceeds the official figures, and some villages are completely destroyed," Kadyrov added.
Ethnic Kyrgyz sent a written appeal, which Kadyrov forwarded to the authorities of Kyrgyzstan, urging all concerned individuals, including members of the "Kyrk Uruu - Kyrgyz People's Unity" association, to start fundraising to assist the victims.
