The USA will divide Gaza: one zone will be restored, the other will remain in ruins.

As reported by the publication, citing military documents and sources familiar with the situation, American military planners expect that the "green zone" will be under the control of both Israeli and international forces, while the "red zone" will not be subject to recovery.
It is known that almost all Palestinians have been relocated to the "red zone," for which no recovery measures are planned. In contrast, the "green zone" is viewed by American strategists as part of a broader concept for the reunification of Gaza, aimed at returning the civilian population to areas under Israeli control. Israel, according to available information, may consider withdrawing its troops in the future after ensuring international security, although exact timelines have not yet been determined.
According to The Guardian, the U.S. Central Command is developing plans that involve the participation of European military forces in international stabilizing forces in Gaza. In particular, this includes the engagement of up to 1,500 British infantry, about 1,000 French military personnel for demining, as well as specialists from Germany, the Netherlands, and Northern European countries to carry out logistics, reconnaissance, and field hospital organization tasks. However, as noted by one unnamed American official, Washington does not expect European forces to be the main contingent of this operation.
