The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic strongly advises drivers to prepare their vehicles in advance for winter conditions.
“Please replace summer tires with winter ones, check the technical condition of your vehicle, and be cautious on the road considering the changing weather conditions,” the agency's appeal to motorists states.
It is worth noting that significant changes in weather conditions are expected in Bishkek in the coming days, and after warm days, snow and frost will move in over the city.
