Today, the Central Asian Cyber Legal Forum has started in Bishkek.
Among the participants of the event are the Minister of Digital Development and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic Azamat Jamangulov, Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Dastan Bekeshev, a representative of the General Prosecutor's Office, Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic Choro Seitov, as well as lawyers, startups, and other interested parties.
The main goals of the forum are:
- To form a comprehensive understanding of the transformations in the legal system in the context of digitalization.
- To discuss important challenges faced by practicing lawyers, judges, researchers, and other participants in the legal system.
- To find ways for legal regulation of new technologies and digital innovations.
- To promote the development of digital law as an independent field of knowledge and legal science.
- To develop recommendations for improving legislation and the practice of its application.
