The Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Service of Kyrgyzstan is gradually implementing a video surveillance system aimed at enhancing veterinary and phytosanitary safety. According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic, cameras have currently been installed at 54 slaughterhouses and 5 livestock markets, as well as in one veterinary and sanitary expert laboratory (VSEL) in the Moscow district.

To date, a total of 23 video cameras are actively functioning, providing round-the-clock monitoring at livestock markets and slaughterhouses.

In addition, the Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Service, together with an expert from Dahua, who has significant experience in the field of video surveillance, is considering the possibility of installing an additional 37 cameras and integrating them into the Situational Center system.
