In the first six months of 2025, more than 26,000 permits were issued in Kyrgyzstan through the "Single Window" system, as reported by the State Customs Service.
According to the agency's information, as part of the customs administration reform, the State Enterprise "Single Window Center" was transferred under the management of the State Customs Service in 2025. This decision facilitated a closer integration of the system with customs processes and simplified interaction between businesses and government authorities.
As a result of these changes, the service noted that positive results are being observed. For example, while approximately 7,500 documents were issued through the system during the same period in 2024, in 2025 (from April to September), this figure exceeded 26,000, representing an increase of 346%.
Additionally, the number of entrepreneurs served increased by 34.8%, and revenues grew by 17%," the message stated.
The development of the "Single Window" system makes procedures faster, more transparent, and more convenient for participants in foreign economic activity, the service representatives emphasized.
