Tyuleev, one of the authors of the Old Bishkek project, emphasized that work on it is still ongoing, and the project is in the implementation process. The former mayor of the capital called on citizens to be patient and not rush to conclusions.
"The development of a child in the womb takes nine months, and the situation with the project is similar. We plan to complete it by April or May, after which we will provide a report on the results. Dear citizens, I also love our city and want Old Bishkek to become a true decoration of the capital," he wrote on his social media.
