The press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Osh region issued an official comment regarding this case. According to the information provided by the department, both young individuals at the time of the pregnancy were aged 17 and 18.
“At the moment, neither the girl nor her parents have filed any complaints against the young man. The conducted investigation did not reveal any elements of a crime, which is why a decision was made to refuse to initiate a criminal case,” the official statement notes.
As for the educational institution where the girl studied, there is no information on whether a service check was conducted regarding its administration or teachers.
