A solemn ceremony took place in Bishkek, where 1,080 citizens received their long-awaited apartments from the State Mortgage Company. Among them were both residents of the capital and labor migrants who had long awaited the opportunity to acquire their own housing.
Chynara Minbaeva, one of the new homeowners, shared her impressions of receiving an apartment from the SMC.
“I was in line under the social category and waited for 2.5 years. Today, in the hands of President Sadyr Japarov, I received the keys to my apartment. Currently, I work in a restaurant, and before that, I worked at the 'Orto-Sai' market. I was allocated a one-bedroom apartment with an area of 51 square meters, as I have a daughter,” she said.

“I have four children. I flew in from Moscow at night to make it to the ceremony. I am very happy!” the woman shared her joy.

This project includes the construction of a residential complex consisting of 39 blocks, which will house 4,754 apartments.
