Today, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, ceremoniously handed over the keys to new apartments in the residential complex "Muras" in Bishkek.
The project includes the construction of a residential complex consisting of 39 blocks with a total of 4,754 apartments.
Currently, the construction of 11 blocks has been completed, which house 986 apartments. As part of the second phase of construction, the completion of 8 blocks is planned, providing 1,080 apartments, including:
1-room apartments — 360 units,
2-room apartments — 432 units,
3-room apartments — 288 units.
The total area of the new housing is 64,672 m².
After the completion of the second phase of construction, the total number of delivered apartments will reach 2,066, while 2,688 apartments are yet to be built.
Construction will begin in 2024, with the total estimated cost of the project being around 4 billion 166 million soms.
