He also noted that in the residential complex "Muras," located on Malikova Street, mortgage houses consisting of eight blocks with heights of 18 and 24 floors have now been put into operation.
Tumanbaev added that with a patient approach and waiting, citizens on the housing waiting list will be able to realize their dream of an apartment within two to three years.
Representatives of the presidential administration emphasized that the implementation of the mortgage housing program continues according to plan. In 2025, 4,662 people will receive apartments through the State Mortgage Company. Currently, the construction of 80,245 apartments is underway under the State Mortgage Company.
