During the monitoring process, it became known that some companies were attracting citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to work in Turkey by providing them with false information.
In particular, when obtaining work permits outside the country, documents with inaccurate data were submitted to the authorized body, which lacked information about actual cooperation with organizations in Turkey (employers or intermediaries).
As a result of the identified violations, the activities of the following agencies have been temporarily suspended:
- LLC "Golden Work & Travel";
- LLC "Iris Travel";
- LLC "Ramai-Sayakat";
- LLC "Aska-Travel".
The suspension of permits will continue until all the reasons that caused these violations are eliminated.
The Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad reminds that providing false information when obtaining a permit, as well as non-compliance with the norms of legislation on external labor migration, may lead to liability, including the suspension or cancellation of permits.
