According to information received from the staff of the Batken Regional Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, which is responsible for the protection of specially protected natural areas and biodiversity, a raid was conducted.
During the New Year period in the Batken region, in order to prevent illegal logging and hunting, regular raid activities and patrols are carried out based on a special order.
During the raid, 11 violations were recorded. In accordance with the Code of Offenses, 11 citizens were imposed administrative fines totaling 60,500 soms, and a claim was filed for damages amounting to 20,515 soms.
Experts emphasized that raids aimed at protecting nature and preserving biodiversity will be conducted regularly.
