Previously, a video appeared on social media showing large crowds of people and long lines at this medical facility. In response, the Minister of Health Kanibek Dosmambekov instructed to take measures, which have been implemented.
According to clarifications, in the consultative and diagnostic department that was featured in the video, the laboratories that were causing congestion in the waiting area have been relocated to other premises. To improve the situation, a new registration point has also been opened, and the waiting area is being expanded.
Currently, patient admissions are being conducted in a normal mode. Doctors and medical staff continue to serve the population according to the established schedule.
