This resolution is a response to the president's directive concerning urgent measures for the protection of the ecology of Issyk-Kul and aligns with the legislation regulating the sustainable development of the ecological and economic system of the region.
The new regulations outline the rules for the operation of specialized equipment both on the shore and underwater, as well as methods for removing accumulated waste in the coastal zone and on the lakebed.
The purpose of this document is to prevent further pollution, restore the natural environment, and ensure ecological safety in the resort area.
The new rules will come into effect in a week.
