The author of the video, Muratbek Elemanov, reported that the filming took place on the beach of the city of Balykchy. He noted: “There is a large number of fish fry along the shores of Issyk-Kul. This confirms the restoration of nature and the maintenance of ecological balance. Issyk-Kul is a treasure for the entire nation, and the responsibility for its preservation lies with all of us,” Elemanov added.
The man also expressed the opinion that such a significant number of fry is the result of efforts to combat poaching, undertaken under the leadership of President Sadyr Japarov. “Local residents have not seen such a number of fry for the past 40-50 years. Note that this picture is observed all along the coast,” he emphasized.
