During the opening, historians and experts from Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and other CIS countries, as well as representatives from the Russian embassy, local authorities, patriotic organizations, media, university and school teachers, and students discussed the importance of preserving the common historical memory of the Great Patriotic War in the post-Soviet space.
Ilya Levitan, a representative of the "Victory Monuments" project, expressed gratitude to the university administration for their cooperation and spoke about the concept of the new "Historical Space."
