The springs are set in a picturesque environment of red cliffs, just 25 kilometers from Kyzyl-Suu, the administrative center of the district.
The reconstruction of the facility is being carried out using a loan, and work is currently ongoing. Two pools have already been built and are operational, welcoming visitors who wish to improve their musculoskeletal health.
The construction of a dining hall and an outdoor pool is ongoing, and approximately 80% of all work has been completed to date. "We plan to complete the project in May. In the first phase, a hotel with 50 beds will open, and in the second phase, an additional 20 beds will be added," noted Kozhobekov.

As mentioned by Alisher Nurbek uulu, the head of the Kyzyl-Suu rural administration, the mineral spring Juuqu, located above the village of Saruu, was opened back in the 1960s during the Soviet Union and is renowned for its high mineral content.
A budget of 30 million soms has been allocated for the reconstruction of the complex. It is expected that in the future, the complex will be able to accommodate up to 100 visitors. "To develop tourism, we have also leased land plots of 15 and 24 hectares to two investors," added Nurbek uulu.

The operator of the springs is LLC "Juuqu Zhyluusu." Kozhobekov reported that the completion of all construction work is planned for 2026. The future complex will feature a café with 70 seats, outdoor and indoor pools, as well as accommodations for 50 to 100 people.
According to the Ministry of Justice, Zholdoshbek Asanovich Kozhobekov is the head of LLC "Juuqu-zhyluusu," with him and Natalia Stepanovna Shirshova as founders. The main focus of the company is to provide accommodation services. It was registered on June 5, 2008, and underwent re-registration on February 5, 2024.
