Awards were presented to women in the city of Karakol

A solemn event dedicated to March 8, International Women's Day, took place in Karakol.

About 300 representatives from various professions gathered for the celebration: heroic mothers, labor veterans, employees from different sectors, as well as young activists and women with disabilities.

The city administration addressed the participants with congratulatory messages. There are 98 heroic mothers and 79 women living in Karakol who have been awarded the "Ene danky" ("Mother's Glory") medal.

During the event, honorary awards were presented, including the badge of the Karakol City Council "For Merits to the City," which was awarded to three women:

- Nadezhda Nikolaevna Balabanova — an employee of the municipal enterprise "Vodokanal";

- Dinara Zairbekova Yesenalievna — a teacher at secondary school No. 11;

- Damira Kozhobekovna Toktosunova — an economist at the Issyk-Kul Regional Unified Hospital.

Additionally, ten women received Honorary Certificates from the Karakol city administration for their work and active life position.

The official part of the celebration concluded with a festive concert, where cultural workers from the city presented a diverse program featuring musical and dance performances.
