Moscow's Experiment on Migrant Entry Control to Be Extended Nationwide in Russia
The biometric control system implemented in the capital's airports in Moscow will be expanded to all regions of Russia. This was announced by the city's mayor, Sergey Sobyanin, during his annual report on the work of the Moscow government. Sobyanin noted that this system serves as a barrier to the entry of individuals who are undesirable in the country, including those who appear on a special control list.
