The Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations, in collaboration with JSC "Tunduk," has announced the launch of a new digital service that will allow diplomas to be converted into electronic format.
According to information from the ministry, this service is intended for graduates who received diplomas before 2025. Anyone interested will be able to digitize their document online on the official website: https://diplom.edu.gov.kg/diploma/.
How the service works
Users must visit the website and fill out the appropriate form in the "Diploma Registry" section.
Authentication is carried out through the Unified Identification System (UIS) using a QR code in the mobile application of the state portal "Tündük."
It is necessary to upload a scanned copy of the diploma and provide basic information: specialty, grades, year of graduation, and other data.
After that, the educational institution verifies the entered information and confirms it.
Upon completion of the verification, information about the diploma will be entered into the unified state digital registry.
Advantages of a digital diploma
- Convenience — access to the diploma at any time and from any device;
- Reliability — secure data storage in the state system;
- Practicality — simplifies employment, obtaining public services, and confirming education both domestically and abroad;
- Security — eliminates the risk of document forgery.
The official launch and detailed instructions on how the platform functions will be published by the ministry in the coming days.
