A meeting of the intergovernmental council of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan was held in Astana in a narrow format

The 13th meeting of the intergovernmental council took place in the capital of Kazakhstan, with representatives from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan participating. This information was disseminated by the press service of the Kyrgyz government.

The meeting was chaired by Adylbek Kasymaliev and the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Bektanov.

During the meeting, issues related to the implementation of previously signed documents concerning the outcomes of high-level meetings between Sadyr Japarov and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev were discussed. In particular, the comprehensive cooperation plan for 2025-2027 and a roadmap aimed at increasing trade turnover by 2030 were considered.
