Today, January 22, three readings took place in the Jogorku Kenesh, during which a bill on public procurement was adopted. The initiator of this bill was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Minister of Economy and Commerce Bakyt Sydykov presented information about the innovations. He noted that the changes are aimed at simplifying and optimizing the processes of public procurement. Within the framework of the bill, the concept of a state assignment is introduced, where budget funds are allocated for the implementation of tasks significant for the country by state companies or enterprises with state participation without the need for tenders. This approach will be applied in the following areas:
