At the same time, a third of the cars (33.8%) came directly from China, where 80% of all Toyotas supplied to the Russian market are produced.
A certain number of cars were imported directly from Japan, as well as through Belarus and Georgia. Meanwhile, used Toyotas (71%) were imported into Russia directly from Japan, as well as from China (15%), the Emirates (4.2%), Georgia (2.8%), and South Korea (2.2%).
The most popular models imported into Russia were the RAV4 (34.7%), Highlander (24.6%), Camry (19.6%), Corolla (4.1%), and Land Cruiser Prado (3.9%).
