
The purchase price of raw milk with a fat content of 3.4% in Kyrgyzstan, which farmers receive from processing enterprises, varies by region and reaches 48 soms. This information was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the ministry's data, in the Chui region, the price ranges from 35 to 47 soms per liter, in the Talas region — from 32 to 41 soms, and in the Issyk-Kul region — from 34 to 48 soms.
It should be noted that the base price is set for products with a fat content of 3.4% according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 2, 2024, No. 724.
