A new decree has been issued in Kyrgyzstan that revises the restrictions on the export of petroleum products to countries outside the EAEU. According to this document, the "China Petrol Company Junda" oil refinery is granted the opportunity to export K-2 class diesel fuel, as well as AI-80 and AI-92 grade gasoline beyond the union state.
Since March 2021, there has been a ban on the export of oil and petroleum products outside the customs zone of the EAEU in Kyrgyzstan. However, the new decision creates an exception for this plant, allowing it to enter the markets of third countries with its products.
