In 2025, a program called "Government Accelerators" was launched in Kyrgyzstan, which initiated 12 reforms to address critical socio-economic issues. All projects successfully achieved their goals, as reported by the president's press service.
Digitization of the transportation process to China
One of the main reforms was the simplification of the process for obtaining permits for road transportation to China. Previously, carriers spent up to 24 hours obtaining a paper form due to the lack of a digital data exchange system. Last year, the countries exchanged 130,000 permits.
Specialists developed the e-Permit system and implemented online applications through the "Tunduk" platform. Now, obtaining a permit takes only 10 minutes, whereas it used to take a whole day. Payments are made through electronic wallets.

Simplification of control at the EAEU borders
The second significant reform concerned the simplification of transport control at the borders of EAEU countries. Over a period of 100 days, the responsible authorities established electronic data exchange, freeing enterprises from the need to provide paper documents.
The introduction of digital permits for cabotage transport and the automation of inspections allowed for a significant reduction in the time required to cross the border. This helped eliminate systemic administrative barriers for logistics companies.
Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed to continue monitoring the implementation of the launched reforms.
