The implementation of several state projects and investment programs will provide support for agriculture.
The list of projects includes:

- "Development of breeding farms 'Asyl-tukum';"
- "Development of seed-growing nurseries";
- "Development of the meat cluster in Chui region and Bishkek";
- "Improvement of water-saving technologies".
- Asian Development Bank (ADB) – "Development of additional value chain in climate-resilient agriculture".
- World Bank – "Sustainable development of agro-food clusters", "ADAPT – resilience of territorial pasture communities".
- Regional Economic Development Program.
- Social Partnership Fund for Regional Development.
- KOICA – "Strengthening the value chain of agricultural products through support for post-harvest yield management systems in Kyrgyzstan".
- from the republican budget – 6 billion soms;
- from a special account – 1.5 billion soms;
- from the state investment project (SGI) – 11 billion soms (irrigation, clean water, CCA, ORSP);
- through capital investments – 14.3 billion soms (irrigation, clean water, veterinary laboratories);
- within the framework of seven state support projects – 9.3 billion soms.
