The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic reports the identification of an illegal construction site in the resort area of Cholpon-Ata.
Inspectors from the Issyk-Kul Regional Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control conducted an inspection as part of their raids.
During the inspection, it was established that the company LLC "Dagas City" was constructing two-story guest houses without obtaining the necessary permits.
As a result of the inspection, a protocol on the violation was drawn up according to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, for which the company was fined 200,000 soms, and construction work was suspended. Additionally, the company was given directives to rectify the identified violations.
