During the introduction, Nurlanova emphasized the important areas of the service's work, including the creation of a healthy competitive environment and the protection of consumer rights. She also highlighted the need for monitoring compliance with antimonopoly legislation and tracking prices on socially significant goods to prevent unjustified price increases and combat price collusion.

According to the deputy minister, Mamyraliyev's experience and knowledge will help the service successfully fulfill its assigned tasks and apply a systematic approach to addressing key issues in the competitive environment.
