Almaz Beknazartegin and Zuur Baimanova have left the board of directors, and their places have been taken by Eldiyar Doolbekov and Artyk Alymbaev.
In addition, the Ministry of Finance has completed the powers of board members Azamat Zhorobekov, Jamila Koichumanova, and Artyk Alymbaev. The new board includes Ulanbek Shamkeev and Oksana Solomko (in the positions of deputy chairpersons), as well as Azamat Davletaliev (as a new board member). Nurshet Usupbaeva has been appointed as the chief accountant.
It is worth noting that "Kylum Bank" has not yet received a license to conduct banking operations, and its activities have not started.
We also remind that the Prime Minister has amended the resolution, excluding the clause according to which OJSC "Kylum Bank" was to be the central counterparty, national depository, and numbering agent in Kyrgyzstan, with powers for settlements, clearing operations, safekeeping and accounting of securities, as well as assigning identification codes for securities issued on the territory of the republic.
