
The Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh approved the amendments
According to the new bill, the storage periods for the credit histories of citizens of Kyrgyzstan will be significantly reduced. Negative information will now be stored for only 2 years instead of the previous 5, while positive information will be kept for 5 years instead of 7. These changes were supported by the relevant committee of the Jogorku Kenesh during the second reading on March 2.
The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, was the initiator of these amendments.
